Ni3 Data Privacy & Security Statement
Social Vision has created this privacy statement ("Statement") in order to demonstrate our commitment to customer data privacy and security.
Privacy on any Ni3 hosted application (the "Application") is of great importance to us. Because we enable our customers to gather important information on their own customers, we have established this Statement as a means to communicate our data protection practices. We reserve the right to change this Statement and will provide notification of the change at least thirty (30) business days prior to the change taking effect.
Collected Information
The Ni3 application is offered as a managed service (collectively, the "Service") on behalf of a licensed customer organisation ("Customer"), that has signed a Ni3 Master Subscription Agreement.
No personal information is collected on any registered user of the Service.
Customers of the Service will be using the Application to host data and information ("Data") related to their own customers. Ni3 will not review, share, distribute, print, or reference any such Data except as provided in the Ni3 Master Subscription Agreement, or as may be required by law.
The application may at times be viewed or accessed by authorized Ni3 personnel only for the purpose of resolving a problem, support issue, or suspected violation of the Ni3 Master Subscription Agreement, or as may be required by law. The Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their user registration and password information.
Ni3 collects certain application usage information from users of the Service, such as Internet (IP) addresses, visit frequency and duration of access. This information is logged to help diagnose technical problems, and to administer our Application in order to constantly improve the quality of the Service. We may also track and analyze aggregate usage and volume statistical information from users and provide such information to the Customer in form of reports or dashboard views.
Security
Our Application has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the Data under our control. Ni3 utilizes some of the most advanced technology for Internet security available today. When our Application is accessed using the Ni3 client application or browser applet, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology protects information using both server authentication and data encryption to ensure that Data is safe, secure, and available only to authorized Users in your organization.
Ni3 also implements an advanced security method based on dynamic data and encoded session identifications, and hosts the Application in a secure server environment that uses a firewall and other advanced technology to prevent interference or access from outside intruders.
Finally, Ni3 provides each authorised User with a unique user name and password that must be entered each time a User logs on.
Our databases are accessible only by persons who have entered into and are bound by a confidentiality and nondisclosure agreement.
These safeguards help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of Data.
